OPBEA Community Recognition Luncheon

The Oak Park Business & Education Alliance holds its annual Community Recognition Luncheon in the spring of each year as our only event fundraiser. This year’s event will take place on May 21, 2010.

Each year an individual and a company/organization is chosen by an OPBEA committee to be honored based on their leadership role and devotion to our community.

Honorees are presented with a Tribute Journal at the luncheon. This is one of our most popular events and seating for this event can fill up. There are options to attend the luncheon and/or participate by contributing to the Tribute Journal.

Annual Breakfast Meeting

As a non-profit 501 ( C ) 3 OPBEA is required to have a business meeting to report to the community our progress.  This is a wonderful event which allows us to highlight our accomplishments, plans for the school year, meet our new board members and get updates from the superintendent.

The event includes a guest speaker from the community speaking on a topic related to our mission as well as an Oak Park graduate is invited to address the group. Cost is $35.00 per person

Call the OPBEA Office 248-967-0457 for more information.
